PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
This programme places emphasis on identifying risks, analysing and evaluating risks, treating risk, monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of treatment of the risks. Risk management processes aim to minimise potential adverse impacts and maximise continuity of operations.
TARGET GROUP
The course is designed to benefit middle to senior managers with five (5) years or more management experience as well as those involved in the area of risk management in their organisation.
