PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
The programme focuses on planning and managing the introduction and facilitation of change. Particular emphasis is on the development of creative and flexible approaches, and on managing emerging
opportunities and challenges.
TARGET GROUP
The course is designed to benefit middle to senior managers with five (5) years or more management experience as well as those involved in strategy, planning and implementing change in their organisation.

TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by an accredited consultant trainer, experienced and qualified in corporate management and skill development training. It is highly participatory, practical and involves small group exercises and discussions as well as case studies. There is on-going feedback and support.
