PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

This programme describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to encourage and support the development of a learning environment in which work and learning come together.

TARGET GROUP
The course is designed to benefit middle to senior managers with five (5) years or more management 
experience as well as those involved in workplace training.

It is highly participatory, practical and involves small group exercises and discussions as well as case studies . There is on-going feedback and support.
