This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts:

• Individuals at this level display initiative and judgment in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring their own workload and workload of others.
• They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organizational or enterprise requirement.
• They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources.

DURATION
The programme consists of 12 units to be completed over a 12 month period (15 days). Participants are required to attend formal training sessions with an experienced facilitator, complete a work-based project and assessment.

This programme can be conducted without assessment requirement.
