To be able to recognise and effectively deal with stress as well as prioritise better and use appropriate time management tools.
Learning to be assertive will allow one to build better workplace relationships, hence becoming dependable, reliable and in control again.

TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by two NTC accredited facilitators. They have exceptional results in developing high performing teams in demanding environments. The programme is experiential, focussing on practical skills and strategies for the workplace. Participants will develop tactics to take back to the workplace, and their homes, to immediately make a difference. There is opportunity for participants to work with the facilitators, one on one, to develop personal coaching tips.
