PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
The programme places emphasis on the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage a straightforward project or a section of a large project. It addresses the management of projects
including the development of a project plan, administering & monitoring the project, finalising the project and reviewing the project to identify lessons learnt for application of future projects.
TARGET GROUP
The course is designed to benefit middle to senior managers with five (5) years or more management experience as well as project managers and those involved in projects.

TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by an accredited consultant trainer, experienced and qualified in corporate management and skill development training.
