To allow supervisors, team leaders and managers to revisit foundations of leadership in a non-threatening enjoyable workshop environment.
The workshop will ensure your leaders are working on the right activities, supporting their peers in the organisation and making the most of their team’s skills and knowledge

• Identify the need for a Leader and the consequences of not effectively leading.
• Identify strengths in their character and develop their effectiveness
• Identify the need to role model always in the work environment.
• Create personal and team goals that align to Organisational Strategies.
• Explore their leadership style preference.
• Learn how to present solutions and recommendations to their manager.
• Improve their communication effectiveness through listening, questioning and assertiveness skills.
• Identify their DISC Leadership style and explore the strengths and limitations of their style.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by two NTC accredited trainers with exceptional results in developing high performing leaders in complex organisations. The programme is highly experiential, focussing on practical skills and strategies for the workplace. Participants will work in small groups to develop tactics to take back to the workplace to immediately make a difference. The program includes handouts and opportunity for participants to work with the facilitators, one on one, to develop personal coaching tips.
