PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
To be able to:
- See the importance of intrapersonal intelligence in order to be successful.
- know and understand our own feelings and emotions and why we feel the way we feel;
- realise the effect our feelings and emotions have on our decision-making and interactions with others;
- harness our emotions to better succeed;
- self-motivate and delay immediate gratification;
- excite a team and get them displaying positive attitude;
This workshop will allow anyone to achieve the above objectives.

TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by two NTC accredited facilitators with NLP and DiSC accreditation. They have exceptional results in developing high performing leaders in complex environments. The programme is highly experiential, focussing on practical skills and strategies for the workplace. Participants will work in small groups to develop tactics to take back to the workplace to immediately make a difference. The program includes opportunities for participants to assess their EI and Behavioural styles. There is opportunity for participants to work with the facilitators, one on one, to develop personal coaching tips.
