PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
To be able to quickly identify staff training gaps in knowledge, skills and attitude as well as learning to identify training needs, and coach and train staff and give correct feedback in a positive and assertive manner.

TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by two NTC accredited trainers with significant experience in training, coaching and mentoring in complex organisations. The programme is highly experiential, focussing on practical skills and strategies for the workplace. Participants will work in small groups to develop tactics to take back to the workplace to immediately make a difference. The program includes handouts and opportunity for participants to work with the facilitators, one on one, to develop personal coaching tips.
