PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
Preparing staff, supervisors and managers to contribute to business strategy by identifying improvements to current business practices and to allow them to support or even lead the change process.

TRAINING STRUCTURE
This programme is presented by two NTC accredited trainers with significant experience in cultural change in complex organisations. The programme is highly experiential, focussing on practical skills and strategies for the workplace. Participants will work in small groups to develop tactics to take back to the workplace to immediately make a difference. The program includes handouts and opportunity for participants to work with the facilitators, one on one, to develop personal coaching tips.
