"The 2 days training touched the very essence of our management's main objective which was to give the respective branch's the responsibility of conducting their own trainings and Mark answered most of our questions. I had individual chats with the staffs and they said the training made a very positive impact on their duties as supervisors and managers and to be role models upon return to their provinces. I, personally was challenged to make a few changes to the way we conducted our trainings even though we lacked proper training facilities and timing which usually is an obstacle. We applied the changes on Saturday during our "own" briefings and summarized the 2 days we had with Mark. Importantly we established that its ok to make a mistake and have fun. A very refreshing start to changes.

"The leadership development workshop was organized for some senior IRC Officers (Supervisors and managers) to up-skill them in areas of leadership and supervision. The PNGIM delivered the program well. They had a good range of training products from which they were able to select programs that matched the Commission's requirements. The phase training, spread over two months ensured participants were given time to attend to operational duties. Also they matched it up well with an exceptionally skilled and experienced facilitator in Mark Jones.
The Facilitator kept the audience engaged throughout the traning and ensured key concepts of the leadership training was understood by the participants. Although Mark left our powerpoint presentation, he managed well with other mode of delivery and training aids.
